Special Council Meeting

There was no agenda for this meeting; however, the following topics were discussed.
Board/Team Policies and Procedures
No other changes were determined necessary on this document. Beverly will finalize.
Team Job Descriptions
No other changes required to team job descriptions
Constitution
The most recent draft of the proposed amended Constitution will be presented at the annual congregational meeting.
NALC Amendments
It was determined that we will use Option 1 for the ballot for amendments to the NALC Constitution. This one combines voting for both amendments on one ballot.
Branding
It was decided to make no mention of branding at the congregational meeting as there is still some disagreement about the final version among council members.
Thanksgiving Eve Eve service
The service will be held on November 24th. Don & Celia Hirschenhofer will be invited to oversee the annual pie potluck to follow this service. (Note: following the meeting, the Hirschenhofers volunteered to take on a pie palooza following the service).
November Council Meeting
The November Council meeting was scheduled for November 17th at 7:00 p.m.
Annual Scheusner Christmas Party
This party will be canceled for 2020 due to COVID.
