All Saints Lutheran Church is a Christian congregation within the Lutheran tradition, journeying together in faith for the purpose of connecting people with God and one another. All Saints Lutheran Church is a member of the North American Lutheran Church or NALC.
We believe that all Christian communities share the same mission, which is Jesus’ command to his disciples, recorded in Scripture in Matthew 28: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.” We regard these words of Jesus as our mission statement.
Our vision, connecting people to God and one another, comes from Jesus’ words in Matthew 22, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.” Everything about following Jesus is relational. First, God brings us into relationship with him, through his Son, Jesus Christ; in the power of the Holy Spirit. As this happens, we are empowered to connect with one another in the love of Jesus.
